Cancellations & Returns
If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched then please contact us ASAP - If your order has been dispatched we cannot cancel your delivery.in respect of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have within 14 days to cancel but if you cancel after we dispatch the refund will not be processed until the item is returned to us at your expense.
Returns for Refunds or Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied items may be returned for a refund or exchange.
Customers may request this on our contact page to return items within 7 days of delivery (We’ll email you the address and RA Number and let you know we've received it) We recommend you use recorded delivery via Royal Mail or your own carrier as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost without a proof of delivery and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Refunds/Credit or Exchanges will be processed after we have inspected the item/s ...We will not accept returns for non-faulty items that have been worn and/or tags removed.this refund will be processed by us within 7 working days and the refund will be with paypal (any further delays thru Paypal will need to be taken up with Paypal)
If you would like to exchange any items please message us via the contact page where we will endeavour to reserve the items for you.. Exchanged items will only be despatched after the returned goods have been received and checked over.
We advise you to check products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any of the attached tags and before disposing of the original packaging.
When we have received the returned item/s we will arrange for a refund or replacement within 14 Days.
If you have an item that you believe is faulty please follow the instructions above and we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance to your legal rights.
We may require further information and/or photographs before we generate your RA Number. Any refund or replacement will be issued after the item is received and examined by us...
